Can be used on any one computer in a specified company for unlimited recoveries, this license doesn't allow to use the license commercially or to provide service to any non-company computers, so the license is especially for administrators of a company. A license key is delivered prior before shipping of the box, the box contains a software CD and hardware lock which eases the license management, and thus an extra ESD license comes free of cost.
